Really disappointed in this finale..

The show doesn't have the balls to progress the story in an interesting way or kill anyone off. Nothing of note has changed all that much from the start of the season and character arcs felt wasted.

You playing PS1 or Reignited? If you've played both, which do you prefer between PS1 and Reignited? When it comes to graphics I prefer Reignited, but the soundtrack and gameplay in the PS1 version just feel more right to me, speaking as someone who played Reignited first. Actually I kind of also prefer PS1 when it comes to graphics if only because it's easier to spot gems in the PS1 version. I swear it shouldn't be as hard to find a red gem on green grass as it is in the Reignited version. And Bentley's whack a mole minigame really sucks in Reignited, fuck that minigame so hard lol.

Playing the OG on ps1. I'm currently hooked on retroachievements lol. PS1 graphics also make me feel warm and fuzzy inside. Will defs play Reignited at some point though.

hey I just played Crash 3 for the first time, the vehicle levels weren't that bad...well the airplane ones were kinda lame

The vehicles in Crash 3 were honesty fine and played great. There's just way too many of them. There didn't need to be 4 motorbike and 4 jet ski levels. There needed to be at least one more platforming themed level. Like aztec ruins or Victorian era london or something

I can't help but feel like it suffers from the same issues that Crash 3 had. Too much additions to the core gameplay that just aren't as fun. The side characters aren't nearly as fun as Spyro and the skateboarding is a bit meh.
Not of offensive as the Crash 3 vehicle levels though.

If youre a whiskey man you really should explore mezcal. Tequila is essentially a mezcal. Mezcal can be multiple varieties of agave, multiple regions if mexico and the aging all takes place in the ground.
It seriously blows me away that some agaves can take 15 years to grow and mature.

Too many dumbasses get absolutely pissed at a shitty divebar and order shots of tequila.... but all these shitty bars will serve people mixto tequila which is essentially 51% agave and the rest is random shit to meet guidelines to be called tequila. This is what gives people a bad hangover and gives tequila a bad name.
Tequila should be 100% agave; shouldn't be diffuser; and shouldn't be served with lime and salt.
Examples of good tequila are El Tesoro, Forteleza, Siete Leguas, Cascahuin, Ocho, Don Fulano....
Avoid brands like Casamigos, Patron, Don Julio and Clase Azul. They're all overpriced, mass produced and aren't good representations of tequila.

Bloody Maria Is So much bettet honestly.
It's the same thing but swaps the vodka for tequila. The agave, peppery, earthiness of agave spirits work so much better with all those savory flavours.

I worked as a checkout person at Coles in Australia years ago and I agree the customers honestly weren't that bad. Maybe it's a country thing. In America it sounds like hell with everyone being a stuck up c word. here I can recall maybe 5 customers who were wankers in all my 2 years of service.

The problem was, time just goes so fucking slow on registers. If you are going to work at a supermarket... Fresh produce was the way to go. Filling the fruit and veg, making sure the quality was good on everything, cutting and wrapping watermelon and pumpkins, making everything look colourful and beautiful was actually enjoyable and peaceful.

Steve was pretty good in Darkside chronicles. But I've always had a soft spot for steve.
Fun game But I was burnt out playing this after umbrella chronicles. I think umbrella chronicles was a better game.

I was pretty harsh on re5 when it came out. Called it a giant piece of shit that sold out and a poor man's RE4.
Now I think it's ok. Nothing groundbreaking. Fun with a partner or even solo when you understand out the AI partner works.
I like the environments and locations. I still think it's a worse version of RE4 though. Mercs was great.
RE6 is still an irredeemable load of shite though.

No worries. This method only work with tank control I think and it'll take a bit of trial and error to get the timing right. But once you get it you can use it on every zombie in the game I think.

Crash 3 water levels were fine.

In remake just keep tapping back from the zombie will.lunge and miss giving you time to run past.
In OG re1 face the zombie sideways and walk back and forward. The zombie gets confused and turns around giving you space to run around it

Remake1 is perfect as is. Masterpiece.
I'd say the remaster ruined it. The new controls are terrible, the lighting is off, some backgrounds don't look great and the soundtrack is pitched up for some reason.

Tank controls were where it was at.

A few hospo/bartending jobs which isn't the end of the world.

First impressions is that this game is advanced darkness. Seriously it's so hard to see and explore that it actually gives me a headache.
The levels seem far more basic than before but it's the same tomb raider gameplay.
Great atmosphere. There's something really eerie about exploring the desolate, dark Backstreets of Rome early in the morning with the wind and bell chimes tolling away in the distance.

The controls are slow and hard to get around now but they're still worth playing because the level design is fantastic in those old games.
Also the atmosphere is amazing.
And I love how dangerous the platforming is. It's all player input and one wrong move will kill you so you're always on edge. In modern platforming games, everything is automated.

I've loved all the previous TR games on PS1 so I'll see how this fares. I've heard horror stories about the last level called Red Alert

Which is why horror games I find are so effective when they limit saves. Despite everyone complaining and bitching about them in old RE games. Playing Remake2 on hardcore first playthrough was a awesome experience.
Also it's why dark souls and bloodborne feel "scary" despite not being horror games. I doubt the atmosphere and intensity would be there if there was a checkpoint every 4 minutes.

It's a stupid, poorly designed, ridiculous boss fight where Rebecca gets snatched up by a giant centipede and you have to fight it as Billy. It doesn't even directly attack you and can only hurt you if you're in it's path.
But for some reason the music slaps hard.

Sometimes the barrels fall in such a way that it's impossible to consistently jump over. And the awkward ladder detection. Nothing worse than losing a quarter because Jumpman decides to Not climb because I'm not in the correct place of a pixel.
Bit of bullshit if you ask me. (Been playing this at my local arcade tonight.)

Zero has great visuals, music and locations.
Unfortunately the whole partner zapping system, enemies, poor puzzles and frustrating game design all bring it down massively.
Especially coming off the masterpiece that was REmake.
Really bugs me when people say classic RE died because the formula was tired with RE0. RE0 just isn't very good.

Not since they got rid of the mandates.
Retail and hospo were forced to wear masks but customers/patrons weren't which if fucking stupid.
You try talking to people in a loud setting with a face mask and constantly having to take the mask on and off to taste test drinks. It sucked.
