Honestly, what games worth playing are exclusive to Epic Game Store? Else, WHY should we use it? Competition is great but.... it absolutely has nothing over Steam, GOG, Xbox Game Pass.....

I just download the free game giveaways that interest me but the only game I played was FF VII:R. And that later came out on Steam.

I never beat Lunar SSSC due to a bug in the demo. See, as an apology for delaying the game, Working Designs gave every pre-order a demo disc of the first chapter of the game and your save will work in the full game. The game's inventory system was limited in that each character can hold a few items and you can only use items equpped on you during battle. So I moved Alex's ocarina to Nall since you can't use the ocarina in battle and it didn't have a real use. I continued in the full game, beat the final bss and was told I needed to have Alex use the ocarina. I couldn't because I gave it to Nall in the demo but in the full game you were never supposed to be able to move the ocarina. So I couldn't give it back to Alex! I was unable to do the task and couldn't see the ending.

In other news, I wore Lucia's pendant to school and thought I was so cool.

Gamer's Nexus damning report on Linus Media Group's history of carelessness was eye-opening. I mean I always felt Linus and the gang were sort of chuckleheads whose little goofs and errors were I guess part of their charm. I just didn't realized how wrong they were and how often and how it influences viewers and businesses.

But what really disappointed me was their treatment of Billet Labs. Wow.

How does someone not do 1 meal a day? I work an 8 hour job and don't get to eat at the office so I only eat when I come home. Then in 4-5 hours I'm in bed to prepare for the next day. There's simply no time to eat more than 1 meal.

Yeah, intermittent fasting doesn't help you lose fat faster. I mean, you're literally eating one meal a day. You're consuming less calories and burning far more.

However, the real benefit of intermittent fasting is huge in terms of longevity and repair as it induces autophagy. Ideally, intermittent fasting should be a permanent thing, albeit not as restrictive as yours. I eat two meals a day between noon and 6 PM most days, only breaking routine for some social outings.
