The first amendment doesn't protect you here, and causing a panic for no reason should never go unpunished (even if unintentional). I'm not sure if prison is the right punishment, but at least a fine and community service should suffice. | SeahorseCpt89 04/18/18 11:07:52 AM #23 | Apparently, once the moderators left the site, the remaining fans on the site started posting inappropriate images in the forums, including pornography, and breaking every forum rule since they were unsupervised. In response, not only were the forums shut down, but so were the blog section and store as well.
