They're still zones. Monsters still only hang out in 3 to 5 areas. It's just now you get one big loading screen at the start instead of a bunch of little ones throughout the fight.

The only real pro I see is that it helps to not get knocked out of an area or accidentally move out of it since it's all connected. It's pretty nice but hot damn, is the map garbage.

That one was a bit convuluted you couldn't go anywhere without the fireflies, even though it's easy to see getting to the nest was awful, you had to climb up a png basically to get there

Not true all my fighting games are on ps4 xbox, so is monster hunter, more than enough reason to own a console outside of singleplayer, the only singleplayer game I play is Zelda or Evil Within

Zelda was going to have the map and the item select on the tablet but then Reggie said no.

Monster Hunter World was fine, can't wait for them to announce 2 in a year, they have enough time to make another one.

It's not the game I'm affording it's the time and when I play a game I want the online scene to be it's most competitive.
