You got a really good one. I've had 4 ML summons so far, and they've all been absolute garbage.

The next chapter is actually restarting on world difficulty. You an get more Orbis and stuff, and more skystones that way too. I got stuck at the end of world 7 last week and haven't tried again. It's more epiloguey than an actual new story arc, but given the size of the world when you zoom out on the map, they have a ton of stuff planned :)

You can get Lorina for free from the friendship missions on the left side of the lobby, and she's outstanding. I'm working on her class change right now (massive grind, going to be like 3-4 weeks), but even without that she's become my normal 4th in place of Kiris. If you need some higher damage output she's a really solid choice.

My guess is they'll be starting the process of feeding Becky to Ronda, but I don't think that alone is enough. Maybe they assume that Lesnar will show up for the Rumble, and that's enough to get people to watch? That could be when they start Lesnar/Seth, but I don't think that's something that will magically get people on board either.

Speaking of Sakura, I'm somehow not tempted to just blow my UoC on her, even though I pulled like crazy over Halloween for her. Maybe it's because absolutely nobody is sharing her as a friend unit. This game really, really needs to fix its friend system badly. Hell, Puzzle and Dragons recently did an update where you can bring your own unit as a friend, because there's so many out there that it's impossible to find one to fit your team unless you're running the most meta of meta units.

With E7, you can pick a friend unit for every class, so there are a ton of options. That's another thing I wish FFBE would do. If the lead support unit doesn't have what you want, just scroll through the other options and you should be able to find something. Still not as good as bringing your own unit as a friend though! That would be ideal.

As far as I know you can only raise the max level of an artifact by fusing the same one into it. Its not a long term issue that Ive seen though, at +15 stuff is pretty damn good and doesnt really need the extras unless youre trying to get every single point out of things.

Karin will look even better after maintenance is done! 4* bases are getting a 3%ish stay boost, and 5*s are getting 6% or so.

I think Corbin winning actually makes sense. They don't seem to have any intention of putting the belt on Braun right now (unless Lesnar winning again was just so they could have another "chase the belt" story), and having him lose a title shot for the 347th time isn't going to do anything for him. They probably figure why hurt Braun even more with another title shot loss when you could have him not get a title shot at all.

I also haven't bothered to watch Raw since her got hurt. I watched SDL for a little while last week though.

Alexa will be of more use than someone like Kiris, because she can deal more consistent damage. Kiris is awesome... When her poison stacks proc, but Alexa can hit hard and fast no matter what. That being said, I still use Kiris over Alexa personally even though I have both at 50, and I'm not really sure why.

It's not too difficult to get the fodder units needed to 5* a unit, so I wouldn't worry about that. 6*ing is a lot more time intensive (maybe two a month if you're really, really working at it), but once you get a full team to 50 things will be looking good.

As far as what role to promote first, that really depends on what will help your party composition most at the moment. I spent days trying to figure out if I should 6* Destina or Ceci first, and ended up going with Destina just because I felt that having a better healer that can keep people alive longer would be of more use to me. There have been a few times I've wished that I didn't, but it'll only be another few weeks before I get Ceci up there. Still have to 5* Surin and Lorina though.

Also, with the gold transmit stones, never get the 4*/5* ticket. Always get the Galaxy Bookmarks. That's the only place to get light/dark units, and there are a lot of really, really good ones in there.

She's definitely helpful once you get her up and running, but having a really large level gap can cause problems as you go, since you'll basically be down a party member or two pretty quick in harder content.

I just wish people realized you actually can do that, because my friend list really isn't filled out with folks that do. I'll give your unit a shot Raiden, and see if I can get through that chapter. If I can't, I'm not too fussed about it. At this point, it'd just be for a mad rush to try and get all the cinematic missions, and that's not happening in time anyway.

I didn't even realize this was an option until I asked the Discord people if they wanted me to switch to Cecilia for a share, since everybody there seems to have Destina. I love that option.

I really need to find the motivation to get through Sieghart's Story missions, because I need that UoC ticket. Beyond that, I can tell my motivation to play is dwindling like everyone else's, and Sieghart's banner isn't helping matters.

Of course, I also hit my first story roadblock in E7 at 4-4. Too many water enemies, no good wood allies, too many fire allies. I'm trying to raise a Wood mage, but man does he suck, and Alexa just can't carry me like she used to. But when it's between him and a 3* thief, yeah, I'm kinda stuck. Isn't the UoC stub in the first level of the story mission?

I have a Kiris up that should do quite well against the water enemies. Just use her third skill (grants her an extra turn) and then her first. It'll stack a mountain of poisons on whatever you're fighting if they aren't fire.

Just switch to the archer/ranger friend tab instead of the lead supporter and you should see her there.

As far as the Sanctuary goes, I put my first Breat of Orbis' into being able to raise 3 animals in the forest, then I went to max out the workshop. After that I maxed out the rest of the forest, and now I'm working on the thing that generates Skystones and gold.

As far as leveling goes, once a unit reaches max level, some of their experience gain gets added to the unmaxed units, so that speeds up the process. Penguins don't do as much later on, but by just playing the game they'll level pretty well (especially when guild buffs are up).

As far as Phantasma's go, they're best used as fodder for character promotion. Right now I have 4 of them at 5*, and I'm 3 4* phantasmas away (just need to run them through crack in the world, this dungeon that gives massive XP, since they get an innage XP boost) from getting Destina to 6*.

I also save the 2* fodder units that I find from normal gameplay and level them when I get the chance, they're really easy to promote to 3*, and can be used as fodder to get Phantasma's up to 4*.

Not sure about the Ice Knight guy, but Silk is decent. I swapped her out for Kiris once I pulled her though. The star base a unit has doesn't really mean a ton at this point. 3* units like Kiris, Alexa, and Carmainerose can outdamage some of the 5* units.

Maintenance there isn't actually that bad. It's shorter than FFBE, and we've been given energy for the time the game was in maintenance (not sure if that will continue, but they did that previously). Still sucks though, even though my energy and arena flags were empty and I had already used my daily gift energy rewards, I still want to do something. Getting close to my first 6*!

There was extended maintenance last week, and the compensation was really good. I don't remember the specifics, but we had a nice little chat on the discord about how Gumi gives basically nothing and Epic Seven's devs actually give good compensation when they fuck up.

Before I forget, don't forget to click the launch and penguin forest banners and go through and claim your rewards. You get a bunch of extra rewards just for playing the game right now. I ended up missing out on a bunch of freebies because I didn't know about those.

According to the extremely detailed patch notes (http://m-page.onstove.com/epicseven/global/main/view/2441340) we're getting a bunch of QoL improvements already (about a month in), and they're giving away a pretty good ring to celebrate 1 million downloads. I love how much info they give us, instead of really vague statements that don't explain anything.

Record lows for Raw is hilarious. Its almost like people dont want to tune in for a champion that never shows up and a bunch of garbage.

I'm hearing a lot about how Becky is going to lose to set up her winning the Rumble and challenging Ronda at Wrestlemania.

One sheet actually says Asuka will likely win, so Becky and Charlotte can fight for who gets to go against Ronda in the Rumble match itself.

All stupid. Becky should be winning because she's the hot hand, as you said. Which means that's exactly why she'll lose. They want Ronda or Charlotte to get the reactions Becky is getting, and don't understand the concept of running with who's hot.

I did an hour or so ago, so I'm set to go for joining a Guild.

What should my priority be at this point? I've got the Side Story event I'm doing some stuff on, but I know my units are going to start lagging behind in levels. Should I be working on the main story for now to get everything unlocked? I'd imagine so, as I need the ability to get Penguins for leveling I assume.

I'd do the main story, you can get Breath of Orbis to upgrade your stuff in the sanctuary, and you can unlock things like arena/hunts to get daily missions.

It's actually fun to play, and the company behind it isn't out to steal all of your money. They have their first limited banner right now. The only 5* unit you can get is the banner unit, and you're guaranteed to get her in 120 pulls. You can easily get that many within a week or two depending on how much story you're running.

Nope, Achates. No idea if shes good or not, but she can remove debuffs with one of her CD skills, so I assume that will be useful.

Removing debuffs is huge in Epic Seven. I lowered the cooldown on Destina's debuff/healing combo skill first just because it's so helpful.

Well the free unit I pulled today was a 4* healer, so I can pitch Aither out the door. And yeah, I saw that pulling units given as gifts can happen; I got Alexa on a pull last night, and I'm still working on her missions. But I'm not arguing, as it rounds out my team with another element and gives me a thief to use my 5* Artifact on.

Was it Angelica? If so, she's really good!

That's a good call. Ravi can heal herself as your tank, and you get Aither for free right away. He's pretty bad, but you can get Hazel for free by friendship missions. My wife went through the whole process and got 2 of her from a 10 summon right before she finished the mission.

I missed the first two weeks and I'm not spending (learned my lesson!) but the game is very f2p friendly. There's obviously a lot of luck involved though. The only thing I don't like is that you can get artifacts instead of units while summoning. In this game, there's nothing worse than seeing the little sprite lady pop up to announce you got a 5*, only to see that the text is for an artifact and not a unit.

They sell a bundle for 950 skystones (lapis) that gives you 10 summons and a penguin (cactuar), and I've done a lot of those already, probably 6 or 7. After you complete the normal story you can go through again on World (aka hard mode) and get all of the rewards again. There are a bunch of other maps that are unavailable at this point, so it looks like this game is going to be huge!

Okay, @RaidenGarai, you convinced me to get into Epic Seven. No idea if I'll stick with it, but it has fun anime cliches and whatnot, so it's hitting all those fun guilty pleasures. I'm not gonna reroll, because I know that's a timewaster when these kinds of games average out to giving you something good in the long run, but I'm hoping the 5* Artifact I got after 1-4 is good. Got Rhianna and Luciella.

That's the beauty of it. After chapter 1 is done, the game gives you a free 10 pull. You can repeat it 30 times (or stop when you get something you like) with the tap of a button. They actually built rerolling into the game as a way to make sure people get a viable starting unit that they want. You can even repeat the process (though it'd take a while) if your rerolls don't get something you like.

The big prizes during rerolling right now are Destina (elite healer) and Sez (kills everything damage unit), but they're not required. The game gives you free units just by doing some simple quests, and you get a free daily summon. There are a lot of 3* units (most popular being Kiris and Alexa) that can outdamage a lot of 5*s also.

According to a stock sale report on Monday in an SEC filing, Vince McMahon (Chairman and CEO) sold 306,000 shares of WWE stock last week.

This translates to an amount of $22,866,523.61, which was filed on November 30.

This news comes just days before an XFL press conference is set to take place this week from Metlife Stadium to announce the eight cities and teams for the 2020 season.

WWE also issued a press release announcing two new Board of Directors today.

I would just take a break, honestly. I did earlier this year for a few months, literally just got the login bonus and nothing else. Im back in now and enjoying it but the break was good. Dont get burnt out.

This won't work for me. It's very similar to A Song of Ice and Fire.

I used to think George R R Martin was a good author until I started reading stuff by much better authors (ie Brandon Sanderson). Now I can't go back to anything Martin writes and hold interest because it's not good, and he takes about a decade between books in ASoIaF.

I used to think Brave Exvius was a lot of fun, and then I started playing Epic Seven. There's no comparison. FFBE isn't as fun, and Gumi is greedy as hell, screwing over players all the time. While Epic Seven is less than a month old so they could take a turn and start being shitty, but you can reroll up to 30 times with the press of a button within the game so you can get a solid starting account, and the gameplay is just better.

Finding something better to compare to FFBE has made me realize just how much I dislike the game right now. If I take a break, I know I'm never going to come back.

Out of the 4 free 10+1s, I got one rainbow (first week iirc) and it was my 6th Nyx.

Still, I'd rather have no rainbows in the other 3 than another Nyx, so I'm good. Don't really need more units since I'm barely going through the motions on FFBE now anyway.
