I'm just sittin' here in me undies in front of a fan. Wish I had A/C.

But that's 95 Eastern North Carolina.

Having to use a fan myself.

The A/C at place busted last Friday.

Will be a few more days for the part needed to arrive.

It will be free though.

Was still under warranty.

The thing was like $6,000 and is only three years old.

We pretty famously had a Northwest Territory for a decade and a half or so, too.

Does seem weird to keep that name for so long when it hasn't been the northwestern-most territory of Canada for a long while.

Then again, I live about a mile away from Northwestern University, and there's nothing northwestern about its location in relation to its city, county, state, country, or continent. Just aping the name from the aforementioned Northwest Territory.

Yea it's weird that Illinois even has Western mentioned at all.

Not really even be Middle.

I do Monday/Thursday leg day, Tuesday/Friday arm/shoulder day, and Wednesday/Saturday chest/back day with Sunday being full rest. I do three 5-minute circuits of HIIT followed by core workouts (pushups, crunches, planks etc. for my warmups. As far as equipment, I have a home gym with dumbbells, weight bench, treadmill and rowing machine with water tank.

I'm fine with my size.

Just want more tone.

Don't want to be some big ass clumsy muscle or big burly guy.

Even now with my skinny ass I'd beat someone like that to death with a club or tire iron.

Fayetteville was Ghetto enough as it was.
