The types of democracies that are my favorite are: Presidential System (United States): Elected Head of State is Head of Government, with the appropriate checks and balances. Constitutional Monarchy (United Kingdom, Sweden, Japan): There is a monarchy, but he or she has no ruling power. Head of Government comes from the elected Parliament.
