Keibler



Legit find her pretty attractive and I find that Brie's pics are really hit or miss for me. Keibler is more consistent with quality pics that make me want to keep looking. She's definitely not the hottest from this contest IMO, but neither is Brie, so I don't think that line of thought really needs to continue.

Doublelift's analysis is that Varus is an extremely strong laner when paired with the right support, and his mid-game team fighting is pretty strong. It's once late-game happens that he falls off hard.

So try to get kills early and wreck the other team during mid-game, basically.

Tulisa is part of a hip hop group called N-Dubz, who are pretty poor, and she's just started a solo singing career.

She was also a judge on last years UK X Factor and her goup won.

Most recently though a sex tape of hers leaked where she was giving some guy a (pretty awful) blowjob. Shot her to fame and she was in the papers for a while, but its kinda calmed down recently.

Bottom line is though, she's just not that hot... Really poor number one.

yeah, this is pretty bad. I doubted you when you said it was pretty bad (because she's really not too bad looking, she's kinda cute), but... ugh. That was more like a wet handy, honestly.

man, that was awesome

1st game in a long while, I decide to go Leona since someone had picked vayne, and the two go pretty damn well together

we were against ezreal/galio

even though our top vlad dc'd at start (so our jungle trundle took top, and enemy lee basically had entire map's jungle), we wrecked bot so hard. Galio was being way too spam-happy, and I know he's had some small buffs since I supported with him a lot, but as support galio you can't spam your spells. So I told vayne "let's let him push and go oom, then we wreck them". By the first time we went back (around 6 or 7 minutes in), Vayne was already 3/0/0. By 16 minutes she had a Bloodthirster and a Zeal, and at this point Lee had decided to basically camp bottom. Ez was out of position so I went in on him and we won that 2v3 so hard that I almost died of laughter.

Why haven't I been playing LoL for so long? Leona is so damn fun

and yeah, like gwindor said, as a tank it is your job to look at what your enemies are buying often, that way you can best defend against it. I prefer BV over FoN despite the movement speed in FoN. Lets you initiate better and gives you flat HP, which goes well with your W.

I have never built damage on my Leona, but I guess that's just me.

I usually run flat armor reds, flat armor yellows, cdr blues (or scaling MR, but with Leona's new passive MR gain this might not be as necessary; then again, cdr isn't really useful until midgame IMO, since you're not going to be spamming until you're in real teamfights, so maybe scaling cdr is better here), and gp10 quints. For masteries it's basically whatever, as long as you get some movement speed and the gold masteries. Start whatever the mregen thing that costs 190 is, 3 hp pots, 3 wards. Don't spam your abilities, don't be over-aggressive, but still make sure you're actively working to protect your carry. Try to have a little over 1000 gold the first time you go back, so you can get philo, level 1 boots, and at least one more ward. Second time, aim for at least a HoG and a Kindlegem (if you like the extra HP/cdr), or get your tier 2 boots (as gwindor said, typically mercs or tabi; I generally prefer mercs, but that's just because I like tenacity a lot).

The thing about getting the Kindlegem early is that the HP rocks and it lets you get Shurelya's faster - I like my movement speed on Leona because it allows you to engage faster. It's a lot easier to get close enough to land a surprise E (or if you HAVE to initiate with it, R) when the Shurries active. After Shurries I like to get ready to build HoG into something, both HoG items rock. The cheaper one seems to be more mid-game focused, and Randuin's more end-game focused. So you've got that decision there. And if you're really far ahead early game, getting a Giant's Belt is great. HP on Leona is really nice because of her W - it gives you some really nice resistances for a short while (preferably while you're initiating).

Max R>W>Q>E, IMO. The shorter cooldown on Q (without and cdr and both at level 5, q has a 2 second cd shorter than e, and is usable more often in teamfights, and has a longer effect - 1.25 second stun vs .5 immobilization) makes it better to level up than E, I think.

If you have to initiate with R then I guess go for it, but I find that it's a lot better to use after a teamfight has started and two or more enemies are clumped up (probably trying to rock your carry's world). I like to go EQW for the first three levels, but find what feels best for you.

It's also a good idea, once you have the mana pool for it, to hit Q before you target someone with E, that way you can make sure you stun them once you're next to them.

Also, take note of what level she takes Q at. If she goes Heal or mana/silence at level 1, she'll take the other at 2, and the first one at 3. Some take Q (starcall) at 4 or 5, others wait out on it so that they can buff up their supporting. More battle-heavy rakas take q before 6. Some (like me, usually) don't take Q until after 6. If you know when she puts her first point into Q, then you should be able to judge how strong her other abilities will be at that time.

It sounds like instead of a 5-win IP boost they're just giving flat IP instead. I think overall it amounts to less IP, but it's instant which is nice. And at 5 friends you get a free rune page? Yeah I'm switching over.

We're talking about DFG, Chalice, Tear, Morello's, and so on, but what about Lich Bane? It's very similar to Athene's with the AP, MR, and gives flat Mana instead of MRegen. I know LB is better for auto-attacking AP champs (Fizz, Nidalee, and uhhhh I dunno who else it's that great on), but I feel like Athene's outclasses LB, in addition to those other AP items.

And I agree with Lopen, I feel that RoA has much better late-game attributes than Athene's.
