They drilled it into my in 4th grade, telling my class that you HAD to write like that in middle school and above, and then 5th grade started and we never touched it again.

I had an interview a few years ago where the lady just derailed the entire thing by complaining about how students dont learn cursive, and theyre going to be confused when they need to sign a signifier. And didnt seem satisfied when I said that most adults I knew hardly even write out their full names in their signature.

Unsurprisingly, she was one of my worst bosses ever. Shed buy stacks of donuts every Friday, but only for our clients. And when the day was over and we inevitably had half the stack left, she would hurry to pack them in her car to feed them to the horses she lived by.

I showed up last week and he wasnt there. Showed up today and waited for an hour and a half and he didnt show up this week either. Everyone there was PISSED. Especially the mom of the 12 year old kid who sat and waited the entire time.
