I got a major bargain from years of scouring/waiting. The landlady likes me and says she's never going to raise the rent on me. Even if she does, she's by law not allowed to raise it more than 10% a year. I live 1-2 blocks from the all big bars/restaurants downtown. I can literally stand outside my apt at 2 am and tons of hot girls will walk by. A few times a year, some will even come in for a drink and end up sleeping with me after meeting at this hour. Of course, this also makes getting girls i met at the bars home a lot easier. Buying a house in this area is 400k min, and that's if i move a min of 5 blocks away. And the place will barely be bigger than my current apt. That means almost 2k in mortgage/month (plus additional fees) for downgraded logistics. And that's if i can find a place since real estate is minimal in a downtown area. Why should i buy? --- |
