Njolk 05/09/21 2:50:16 PM #468 | Went for a 6 mile run today, felt great, ran well. Got home and my ankle is swollen up. Zero pain, just twice the size of usual... Damn |

Headaches associated with upper back pain are very common for "trap dominant" lifters He just has bad form |

I did use ice at times which felt good. Once the weather gets warmer I'll do some luke warm then cold showers. I'd add bent over dumbbell rows to your routine. As it is you're not working the largest muscles in your upper body and you're giving yourself "hunchback" posture. The aches are just a symptom of this |

Very common for people to do pushups with shrugged shoulders Do you do any pulling movements? Rows? Pullups? Only doing pulling will give you upper back pain as well |

I thought about this too, I it depends on your reasons. I was just out for a normal day enjoying myself and got suddenly and shockingly degraded by a stranger's sexual fantasies. I didn't want to be looked at and they forced it on me If you do it to be seen then your goal has been met |

Njolk 04/27/21 9:52:54 AM #391 | I ran shirtless for the first time and got catcalled by a car of fat middle aged women (I have a six pack and whatever) Wow I just learned so much about what it's like to be a woman every day. What a gross, deflating feeling that is |
