DT Racer (PS2) up in the mountains on the Mt. Kurama track, it's so pretty I wanna get out of the car and just walk along the road and take in the cool mountain air.

If I never get to taste salt again that'd be fantastic, I hate the taste of literally drowning in the ocean. I love candy though. Sugar is the best.

it was set in present time but they hadn't aged, everything else had moved on though and was up to date, it was kind of weird and felt very unfitting.
I wanted it to be set in the same time as the original episodes from the 90s, that's the era that show represented, so having it set in present time was just weird and didn't fit at all, it was still funny and well made enough to watch but it was heavily held back by that decision.

Also, instead of music videos they mostly watched and commented over random MTV shows about pregnant teens and reality shows and such, that was just awful.

It also had some plain cheapness to it, like the animations used for the commentary while they watched TV were literally the original animations from the old episodes, they didn't redraw them or enhance them or anything, just a quick copy and paste job.

I loved that it was in 4:3 fullscreen though, it didn't have any stupid black letterboxed borders like all other garbage does these days.

The final nail in the coffin I'd say was the fact it still ran on MTV; a channel that's barely even a shell of it's former self.
Nobody has that channel anymore unless they have the most expensive channel packages, so the new season reached out to a very minimal audience.

Basically for me it boils down to Da Shootaz - Joyride from GTA vs the many lesser but still really great songs from Vice City.

I voted Vice City, while Joyride is far superior to anything you can hear in that game the sheer number of great songs ultimately takes home the victory anyway.

Fifth Element was on norwegian TV yesterday, without subtitles too which was nice so I didn't have oddly worded subs disturbing my viewing experience, I understand norwegian well enough but I'd rather watch without. As always it's a great movie to watch, a classic I've enjoyed since it was new and gladly take the time to watch whenever I can.

Zombieland I've tried to watch through a few times, still never have made it all the way through to the end, it just isn't good enough. Great intro though.
