Go find the breaker for your PC outlet, turn it off, then check the other outlet. If theyre both down, youre still at square one. When I have my AC plugged into one plug and my PC/everything else plugged into the power strip connected to the bottom plug in the same outlet, the red light on my power strip starts to fade, even when it's just the power strip sharing the outlet with nothing else plugged in.Youre likely trying to run everything on a single 15amp breaker is what my guess is. Thats too much. Every time your AC kicks in, it will surge, and everything will either fade or itll fail. Worst scenario is a fire and thats a very real possibility. I would strongly urge you to not brush off that risk. If there is literally only one single outlet for you to use, youre screwed. Ohthe cordits a commercial cord, so it needs to work safely outside. That note will always be there. No biggie. You just want a gauge heavy enough to not heat up during the surges. I lived in a townhouse with a friend and in the summer, Id have a yellow cord running to the GFCI in the bathroom and he ran a longer one to the GFCI in the kitchen. Those are dedicated 15amp breakers. The 2nd one was both out fault, but Im the one doing the U-turn, so it was really mine. I was rear ended by a dump truck once, did terrible damage to my car, but that was it and I was hit by a drunk driver blowing through a side street going 60mp in a neighborhood. That one almost killed me. He sheared the entire front end of my old steel carhalf a second later, it would have been a direct t-bone on medrivers side door. --- If you have to lie to make your point, then you're just a liar who has no point. |

It was watching him meet someone new who might gain him something, like a ride, or money off somewhere, and witnessing the hes the best guy ever! and the very first time he didnt get a ride, or money off, worst piece of shit ever! then he would spend energy trying to turn everyone against him. I witnessed many, many textbook examples, which I learned through knowing him. Keeping an alcoholic mutual friend drinking because he could control him more easily. I talked to my father during that time about stressors I was living with at the time, and after telling my friend, all he cared about was that he was part of what I talked about. That was it. His image to my dad, who he didnt even know, was more important than the struggles I was facing. It was a lot. And it was during Trumps ascension that it really, really manifested itself. He was emboldened and didnt keep quite as many things to himself as he once did. That was when I learned just how horribly racist and homophonic he was too. I left his life. Its been nearly 5 years now. Every time I think about saying hi, I just have to remind myself how damaging his NPD had on not only my life, but everyone else around him. I actually feel sad for him. A friend I used to have once said to me in a moment of vulnerability, Im glad youre sticking around because most people get sick of me and cut me off from their life. I assumed it was just a rough history; drug use, lying from drug use, that kind of stuff. In reality, he has narcissistic personality disorder and spending too much time around him made people hate him. Made me hate him and I really hated that. Its justit all came to light and to a head when Trump rose to power. He loved Trump. Really, really loved him. They were friggin identical.
