Isn't this effectively teleporting. You can just teleport 3 feet infinitely and cross the ocean in a moment's notice. If there's no cool down or no dizziness or anything associated with it, this can be abused to be actual effective teleporting. I guess at night you're garbage? But pull out a flashlight and...now you're good forever. Hell you can appear to fly with this, just teleport upwards or diagonally over and over and over. You'll always be set. Speaking of flying how do you even conserve momentum doing this?

I was in the shower this morning, after I had taken my morning dump. All I had to eat the day before was a bowl of cereal and a granola bar, and a pint of tequila and 7-8 beers. there was an accident about 3 weeks ago. I saw it from my living room window. head-on collision at a really nasty intersection. one of the cars was a taxi; the front of it was wrecked. the other car kinda kept going and crashed into a fence. I don't think anyone was seriously injured

Pressing Select in MM1 pauses the game without bringing up the weapon screen. In turn it also resets weapons. So when fighting Yellow Devil you could fire a single Thunder Beam and hit Select as it comes into contact with it's eye. Pause and unpause repeatedly with Select to do damage over and over with the same shot. Many will beat Yellow Devil with this method and take it out with a single attack.

I actually gave up because I couldn't figure out how to advance past this one screen in Cut Man's stage. I told my friend I played it and couldn't get past one part. He thought I was talking about Mega Man X and asked me if I tried walljumping.

So I went back and tried to jump up the wall, found I couldn't, but then noticed there was a ladder I simply hadn't seen before, lol.

After that, it wasn't too bad. The difficulty of the game--and the series, really--is way overstated. I mean, it took me some game overs, sure, but not as many as in an average NES game, and more importantly, a game over in Mega Man put you at the beginning of the level rather than the game.

So I beat it after about a week, lol.

You used the pause glitch though. Unless I'm thinking of someone else.
