Was making 40k then. Making 60k now. I live in a suburb of Kansas City.

I had an insurance job before my previous where I was making really good money but I hated it so I quit.

I wont lie my money management isnt the best but thats why I took steps to make more money. Seems like it just doesnt matter. My quality of life is still roughly the same.

Inflation is out of hand. I really havent got much else to say but its crazy. I feel like my entire adult life has been making a step forward only for the goalposts to then be moved.

Thank god my car will be paid off in six months.

You should be making 5% interest on your cash and at least 1.5% cash back on every purchase.

You're not doing that without credit cards or cash management accounts. Your money won't grow in a bank and your debit card has no protections if you ever get fucked by a purchase.

1.5% is peanuts. Its not enough to change behavior. On 100K thats only $1500 back.

I do agree with interest and purchase protections though.

It's a different type of self-interest. You're invested in the success of your family, and potentially future generations. Alone you don't necessarily do anything that doesn't directly benefit you personally.

As a single man I do things to help people out that dont benefit me all the time. Not having a family of my own is what allows me to do those things. I have the spare money, time and energy.

I think this whole topic has a fundamental misunderstanding of the demographic. Trump aint winning shit and also single people dont have to only care about themselves.

Society runs on people forming families. With no prospect of starting a family people are heavily disnvested with the collective good of humanity and increasingly focused only on themselves. Which is part of why the "democracy is at stake" messaging isn't hitting with everyone.

There are people who vote Trump purely because he's funny. But if they had a household to protect they'd be a lot less likely to pull that shit.

I dont agree with this at all. Id actually argue once you have a family you become more focused on self interest.

You're basically inviting yourself to never be eligible for a loan or a mortgage. Start building your credit before it's too late.

Mortgage loan maybe but you can 1000% get an auto loan or other type of loan with little no credit.

No credit is better than bad credit. Someone will lend to you.

I dont have a credit card. If the money isnt in my account I dont buy it.

Im looking into getting one now for the sole purpose of building credit for a mortgage loan.

What do they have to sell outside of ads and user data, something that every other social media platform also has? What do they have that's new and exciting that just HAS to be invested in? It seems like every social media site is desperately seeking other avenues of revenue as ad payouts continue to collapse. Doesn't really make me want to invest. But you can make your own decisions.

I think the user data will end up being extremely valuable. At that point it just becomes a discussion of how ethical it is.

You have users going to dedicated communities. From a business and marketing standpoint thats about as easy as it gets. You already know the customers interest and what is valuable to them. The hard part is done. Thats huge.

Lucci is currently using an Awakened Zoan Fruit, and was able to keep pace with Gear 5 Luffy for a while during their fight until Luffy decided to take the fight a little more seriously, and even then, Lucci didn't even lose consciousness upon losing. It's probably not a stretch to say he's on an even level with Zoro right now.

Zoro is clearly not going all out.

I also wouldnt say he even kept once with Luffy. Lucci literally did not hit G5 Luffy even once. He got wrecked.

Dishwashers ftw.

Really. I hate doing dishes. If you give whatever youre using a quick rinse/wipe and throw it in the dishwasher its not bad though. Just a few minutes.

I also use appliances like rice cookers and crockpots to have minimal dishes.
