I really want to sell amazon. $3k loss at this point.

Id like to wait until the earnings report but it could stop another 10% by then.

Also I might just sell amazon for the 10% loss because it craters

Dow is up a lot. Nasdaq not as much. Definitely looks like the tech stocks had their 15 minutes (note like three months) and now theyre returning back to normal. Ugh amazon.

This is exactly what happened to me when I bought AAL. It happened slightly lesser with the banks, I had to hold those for a month before selling for a moderate profit.

There has been an obscene amount of bad news this weekend. From Floridas daily record-high COVID count to earnings reports expected to be the worst of all-time. Despite all this, the market is currently up half a percent. We have a long ways to go until open tomorrow, but Id be pleasantly shocked if it sticks.

Most banks are reporting their quarterly earnings this week. Thats probably bad for them.

Thats a very sensical play. I might just hop on that train.

I read a competitor is trying to siphon market share from Nikola and Tesla. Im sure it wont affect eithers stocks.

My news feed continues to be filled with negative coronavirus stats. Surging death numbers, etc. Hopefully the market is done hyper-focusing on the negativity.

Im heavily confused by what youre trying to say. A person shouldnt hold a stock that they expect to go up, and instead should sell it everyday it yields gains and then buy back into it?

I didnt articulate that correctly. I meant that I bought those two earlier today / yesterday, and had I sold I wouldve made $2k total. But I decided to keep holding.

PRU and BAC wouldve made me about $1k each today but I decided to hold. Im hoping that the Financial stocks are going to start turning around and that everyone is tired of negative corona news.
