cuz i found that i can. i dont get tired or anything and my stomach is used to it and doesn't get hungry often.

im like 26% body fat so my body can always pull from that reserve. i wouldn't do that if i wasn't.

its weird. every online calculator says for my height and weight my calorie intake should be 2200-2500 just to maintain. but when i eat that, i gain weight.

though years of data tracking ive determined my caloric intake to not gain weight (maintain) is 1800. most sites say cut 500 calories so i did and i got 1300, but just to make sure i go to 1200.

last week i got to sunday and splurged on a burger and some beers, etc. i averaged out the days of what i ate and it was 1500

i felt like a failure and that i was gonna gain weight
