Sucks to hear that, hope you recover. I'm in the best shape of my life so thinking I could get injured and lose all my progress is always in the back of my mind.

Down 20 lbs in two months. Want to go down another 15 and then have a more controlled bulk. Crazy thing is I haven't lost any strength. So must have had a lot of excess fat holding me back.

Tried out dumbbell bench press for the first time in months and decided to conquer my fear and go for the 100s, got two reps in! Glad I did as it's always been a mental block.

I don't why I never used coop to run through the weekly trounce domains but I've done it this week and last. It's so much easier (not to mention faster) when you pair up with others and don't struggle to beat some of the more annoying ones at the max level.

I'm really loving the new update where you can credit for doing commissions without actually doing them but for doing other activities instead.

Question for you all, after your normal leg day, how long are you still sore?

I think if you go intense on an exercise you don't normally do it can be 3-5 days but after you do it consistently I usually recover in 2 days even if I had an intense workout.
