It doesn't excuse him but Reggie has like serious developmental and cognitive impairments. Like he used to talk about getting wild hallucinations and shit not that long ago and he's p heavily medicated for it all iirc. Unfortunately I think that combined with being on the internet for 20 years has badly exacerbated his social misgivings when he starts having an episode. Definitely really bad for the women here in particular though. If it's any consolation, it's probably less voluntary for him than the usual trolls here |
