The ability only works in 100 meters radius of the original's object location, and will disappear beyong that. The effect last around 1 minute. The preesquite of activating the power is that you must touch the target when you are outside their vision, so ambush and stealth is preferred, but it the knowledge of your presence doesnt really affect, you just have to hit them outside their vision, so its possible to manuever, get behind target's back and punch them. As long the user is within the radius, objects will be kept En Rose are 2 steel balls residing on La Viebelt. They can be launched, and will bounce around the suspended objects and can only move around by bouncing. The route itself is controllable by the user, but it have to be a straight line from object A to B. For example, there are 4 suspended object in the sir, when launched, the balls will hit the nearest bouncer. Then from there, it has 3 choices of the remaining 3 objects to bounce depending on the users choice or it can be automatic and it will go to the nearest object and back. The process is alot like sticky fingers, if something and someone is touched by the stand, it will partially become threads and braided, while being braided, the target can still flop around, but will suffer alot of mobility because they are braids. In normal situation, the stand can act as your regular close range stand with average combat capabilities and range of of 2 meters. In mirrors, the range is basically infinite, but the users have to be near the mirror or reflecti surface first, leave the stand there. To summon the stand back is not limited by range, but it will act as an automated stand with no will, defense or attack capabilities, hence vurnerable. It has 2 types of powers: 1st: if both of the target hands are cuffed with pallas athena's ability, his or her stands are neutralized. It will cancel all effect, and make their stand unable to move. The user will be half paralyzed, taking 75% of their mobility. The drawback is the cuffs are only as strong as regular steel cuffs, so hypothetically if the target has ally strong enough to break it, it will break. 2nd: if 2 people are cuffed with the same cuff. Their fate are intertwined and they share each other's sesory. The user is included in this contract. When 2 people are linked, the physical form of the cuff disappear but they will be connected until the target dies or the effect is cancelled regardless of distance. This can be useful for both offense and defense. Either the stand connect with an ally (with the risk of one getting hurt if the other get hurt) and use the shared sensory to their advantage, or bind enemies to weaker people and hurt the easier target or whatever your imagination allow utilizing the ability. --- ManWithGun has a big iron on his crotch |

The effect on the user is while dispersed, the user gain omniscient within the sphere. not really really omniscient, it works kinda like stronger byakugan but not limited to vision, it can detect matters as small as individual particle (not atoms), its exact distance, size, movement, and what kind of particle it is. Basically you gain 15 to 40 meters radius of sensory, you can detect enemies., people even speck of dust within the range, its relative distance to you and each other. You can even tell what people are wearing, if they are armed or not, etc. The drawback is it takes time to form and disperse. It initially start at 5 seconds time requirement to form a solid matter, and disperse into particle detector.
