I disagree with that. He had one of the best dropkicks, the full-nelson slam. Every now and then, he'd pull out that sit-out powerbomb. But his best attribute was just how damn well he moved in the ring.

I still think it's too soon to say all of that. The absolute worst things we know about him are the recent pair of DUIs. Which while pretty bad, don't quite paint a person for who they are entirely.

And of course, it's going to depend on who you talk to in the wrestling world. Hurricane seemed pretty fond of the guy, and Shane himself is a pretty decent guy.

But yes, I do personally believe as more and more about BC is revealed, he'll have turned out to be kind of a dickhead.

It is a tragedy that the man fell so hard but I don't think Brian Christopher could have been anything more than a mid-card jobber. He's like Curt Hawkins of the 90s.

Why? Because he had a limited moveset? He's one of the smoothest wrestlers I've seen in the ring and he was pretty good at selling. At worst, imo, he was a damn good worker that could use some work on his promos.

These are some of my thoughts on that whole thing:

At some point or another, the dirty laundry will be aired out. It wouldn't surprised me if BC was, at best, polarizing. Even in his normal interviews he was always pretty loud and eccentric. Then there's the particularly nasty rumor involving Bradshaw. And of course, the legal troubles. He went a good stretch between his initial arrest/firing and last couple months before his death, but I doubt he actually stayed out of trouble in any sort of capacity.

It's also worth mentioning that it only took one public instance for the son of an absolute wrestling legend to get shitcanned and never be seen again until more than a decade later.

Also, New Jack and Sabu had some nasty things to say about him. New Jack is one thing, and pretty much expected. His hate for BC could stem entirely from his beef with Jerry. But Sabu, as well?

Also, in Hurricane's tweet about never having a problem with him, he kind of made it inadvertently sound like some other people did. I'm sure they just have more tact than Sabu and New Jack.
