Illusionist Nichol can ALSO cast some abilities twice but doesn't sound as crazy as Sakura, who had fire and dark imperials too. Gonna need to know more on that.

Pirate Jake is another 4 to 6, water imperial is one move. He sounds okay, not too good for older players but good for newbies. He's a DW guy with sword and gun boosts (ATK, hp) AND mastery? Unclear on that bit.

Sora is just one of the guys that is good against numbers. For a weaker character, Zack would be able to win this fight too, let alone an FF7 Cloud. But I do agree they'd fare much better against someone like Diablo than any of these names. The 300 would either have a ton of respect to dominate or very little to get dominated. For Sora, he's basically just melee who does multi-men fights. Been thinking about this a bit and maybe have changed my mind on their placement...

Put the 300 against most mages and it's a different game. MP concerns would be a real thing and any with casting times are wrecked.

Gunners would depend on the gunner. I'd surprisingly take them over a lot for one reason: ammo. With 300 bodies ammo can become a real issue.

f you pair the 300 with a healer capable of doing mass AOE that can change too. This is a bit gimmicky but it's a small army. Weak weaponry mind you, but potentially useful.

Against melee who can deal with massive numbers, it's a mismatch.

I mean I hope I'm clear on my view here. I'm of the camp of "if everyone understands what he is, fine, do it and move on." No Merc is worth too much time and when you're such a niche where either you win or you lose, that's what you've got. they have a specific range of respect due to the gimmick, which would drop over time.

But hey, not my game far as I know. Don't get stuck is all.

Then leave them as the 5 upkeep trap you have to work a team around, if that's the concern. Not where they should be but hey, if that's where the pricing ends up, okay.

And mind you: I'm including the fact that in the end, they are little more than meat shield who are in bronze age weaponry. They will dominate against most and then get dominated into irrelevance, unless there's a gimmicky combo made.

They cannot hold their own and prove their worth against the early mid/low mid guys. As time passes they will naturally deteriorate due to respect, which peaks at the start of their existence (barring, again, gimmicky combos).

The general social rule has been women can use the men's room sometimes but unless it's a major emergency or maybe something like a father with a scared daughter the women's room is off limits.

That's also why you'll see a large number of women who oppose trans bathrooms - most of them are male to female and it's a lot harder for a guy to pass as a girl over a girl passing as a guy.
