8 hour work day is perfect. I've worked 4, 6, 8, 10, and 12 at various jobs from retail to warehouse to labor to trades to healthcare.
My coworkers are trying to fight for 10 hour shifts right now and it literally makes me want to off myself.

This is why "One-Size Fits All" scheduling is bad.

You don't get what you want (8 hr shifts), your co-worker doesn't get what they want (10 hr shifts).
