All I know about Three Houses is how much I've gotten tired of most its cast without even playing the game. Fire Emblem Heroes has done an amazing job of making every 3H character they add come off as obnoxious or boring to me.

Of all the recent FE games with waifu S-support antics, it's the first one where I plan on going stag (and I don't mean joining Golden Deer) because I'm just not feeling any of the options I'm aware of.

Post 1: some news article
Post 2: Alt-right troll post. Something intentionally stupid or an easily disprovable lie. Doesn't even have to be related to the news article.
Post 3-20: All people piling on to correct post 2, calling out the troll, etc.

The result is a topic full of drama. Serious posts either get drowned out or people don't even bother to respond seriously. Nobody talks about the news article anymore.

It's a low effort, but incredibly effective way to kill a discussion. And the problem isn't even the troll, it's the mass amount of people taking the bait. It would help if people became more aware of things like this.

It wouldn't be as much of a problem if more people would actually use the goddamn ignore/block system on the worst offenders, but too many of them think using the feature is "shameful" or they still think they'll "miss out" on something important.

Coincidentally, it's often the trolls that try to make it seem that way by implying only "snowflakes" would use it, or that people would be making the boards "boring".

As a result countless posters have not just been duped into thinking it's better to let shit be thrown in their face, but they should be actively jumping in the way of it when it gets flung. That it's "the norm" for people to post rancid bile and that anyone who tries to avoid it is the "weirdo outlier".

Actually, FE is kind of odd where their human appearance is their default form, and need special Dragonstones to turn into actual dragons.

Breath of Fire and Warcraft also has dragons with human forms.

Although BoF is like Fire Emblem where they're primarily human and turn into dragons for combat, and in the case of WC, some dragons take on the forms of other humanoid races instead (like elves and gnomes).
