I have to imagine they did hook up or something as unless Canadian law is radically different then American laws its not illegal to just meet a 15 year old. Well she finally answered.

Apparently it's cop being paranoid during Covid. They were just talking in his car. The cop asked where he met her and he told the cop on Tindr having no idea what he was doing and they checked her id and arrested him. She claims she did not hook up with him.

Sorry to hear that tc. I suppose you could reach out the the law enforcement agency that arrested the guy and tell them about your cousin's habits and actions. But I'm guessing you don't live in the same state/country/wherever as your cousin so that may be harder to do. Anyways you've done all you could for that side of your family and its out of your hands. Don't feel like any blame/responsibility is on you.
