I'm a Team Lead associate at my Walmart and the stealing is really bad at my store, we recently started locking shampoo behind glass now as well. Honestly this topic makes me want to tip less now.Personally, between my strong disdain of tip culture and the clown world takes coming from the pro-tip culture advocates here ITT I'll always tip no matter what, and always willing to tip generously for exceptional service. People like that guy, hockeybub, and that Erica person are just debasing themselves and making everyone in the industry look like entitled, elitist, greedy brats. At that point it's not even a matter of helping out people who make less in hourly wages, they actually think that waiters/waitresses are somehow entitled to more money than everyone else struggling in minimum wage jobs.
