I saw it a few weeks ago when it came out here. Was actually alright. Obviously, don't go in expecting Schindler's List or anything, but it does what it does well.
And although they don't do 'the line', they do manage to shoehorn in shooting at grid coordinates, which I was happy with.

It is, of course, fantastic. Hulk has the best scenes and Iron Man/Stark has the best lines. Overall, an entirely satisfying film that will undoubtedly meet your every expectation.
