Particularly the natives who would always be begging for money when we left the room, pissing by the hotel doors or simply being a disturbance. I refuse to walk around that area by myself at night because of how bad it is. I can't remember the name of the bar or hotel but they were both directly south of the Ramada on Idylwyld. The North Gate and Northwoods Motels. I used to work at the Motel 6 here in town, and I would NEVER send people there. It wouldn't be moral. They're ticket happy, less so trigger crazy. Saskatoon police were a pain in the ass. They would call the girls I worked with backpage ads claiming they were a John and looking for service. In reality they wanted to see if the girl had a licence and if she didn't, give her a $300 ticket. They dragged me into the room once and it was just awkward listening to them. From that point onwards I would leave the Travelodge parking lot and park over at McDonald's whenever we had an incall. You...are rather knowledgable about the layout of Saskatoon. Harlequin icthyosis patients rarely live past infancy because here's what your body is doing: It is growing skin SO QUICKLY, that it splits open at the seams like the worst case of excema you've ever seen. All this skin needs to be hydrated, but your body can't produce enough moisture to all of the skin, so it is dehydrated and inflamed. This further adds to the problem.
