I accepted it and called the manager and explained what a difficult and awkward situation the delivery boy put me in by not carrying enough change. Authorities were called to the apartment building on Bay Street in Brighton at 4pm after receiving reports of an explosion. When authorities arrived they located a man's body in the foyer of the building, police said.
