It's got amazing graphics and sound design, the acting is on point, and the gameplay... is well pretty much the same as the first game. The story is a mess to say the least, and given that it's a ND game with it up front it's hard not to weigh that more than any other part of the game. It's a pretty fun, tightly designed experience with beautiful visuals, amazing music, and a great combat system that is more than mash X/A like a lot of people claim. It is brought down by very quesitonable writing that harms its overall decent story, barely any side content, and hallway design for 80% of the game.
