Not even close to the worst movie ever made.

But it's kinda like some people here are stuck in the early 2000's with the incredibly outdated DVD format. Do people really still buy those? You should really catch up on modern technology. Even a modern gaming console will play a bluray.

That's the biggest issue with the CW shows in general. They start strong, then they make it go on for too long, spread and cut back on the budget, and let the shows suffer over the long term.

The CW didn't need to have like 7 super hero shows all running at the same time. They should have just focused on 2 or 3. Arrow and Flash definitely suffered once they cranked out more and more.

Because people have beat it by now.

There is zero harm in messaging her on there. You were on a date, she didn't show up, you looked her up and found out. That's it. You wish her well and be understanding that it'll be a while for her recovery after a major surgery.

If you hear from her, great, if not, then oh well.

Maybe it was a short notice thing. It may have been emergency. Probably only close family knows.

I mean, movies are going to struggle going forward. Prices keep increasing, and the cheaper theaters are vanishing.

Heck, my cheap theater at the mall closed a bit back. And now I rarely go anymore. I have patience, I can wait for their release on streaming or bluray.

Last movie I went to see was Avatar. And they started doing some stupid thing where they charge more for better seats. The cheapest were in the very front, and all the middle seats cost more. With this kinda shadiness, they deserve to go under at this rate.

Topic just says you have to live off their food. It doesn't say you can't take it and do other things with it. You don't need to eat only subs. Dump out the ingredients and mix it in a bowl or whatever and have it different ways.

Ultimately you would probably get so tired of Subway either way. But for 10 billion dollars, it would be easy money.

I find it kinda creepy that someone went to the effort of throwing that all together.

No one is talking about saving things or stopping wars and plagues. This is more about documentation for preservation of history and knowledge.

Yeah I can agree with that. The more simplistic nature of RDR1 probably makes it overall a bit more fun to just play.

Though, RDR2 has it crushed in story quality and it's overall world.

I was never really the biggest fan of this game. I am not a western fan, I thought a lot of the environments are just not appealing (all dirt, rock, and dead grass. Ugly). I will say that West Elizabeth is much better, you actually get some green and snow.

Mexico actually has some pretty gorgeous areas as well. The red cliffs and lake really adds nice visuals.

I find it very weird how they did the Mexico section of the game. A decade ago when I first played, I hated it. Characters have whole conversations in Spanish, and none of it gets translated for you. What's the point of subtitles if none of it translates? If you don't know any Spanish, then you don't know what's going on, and in my case I struggled to get invested and care about what's happening. I couldn't wait for it to be over.

Though now that I actually have learned some Spanish, I can get the jist of what's going on, and am able to appreciate it a bit more.

I forgot most of the characters and story details, so it is nice getting to experience the story again almost fresh, specially after playing RDR2.

The game overall is not as bad as I remember from a decade ago. Though it really doesn't hold a torch to its sequel.

It's amazing that people here are quick to jump in and claim the US should jump in and handle the cartels for Mexico.

What exactly do people want? Send in the military and invade all of Mexico?

It's a very good looking game. And it lasts over 60 hours.

I do think it's unfair to compare every author to each other. People are different.

Stephen King is a workaholic who has been cranking out 2 or 3 books a year for decades. And thats good for him, he will never stop. But not everyone needs to be like that.

It's not healthy in a relationship for someone to endure something that they consider to be a massive turnoff in the spirit of supporting a partner whether it's a physical or personality turnoff.

Unlike you I also don't expect a partner to unconditionally like everything possible that I could do with my appearance. You have no right whatsoever to call someone childish or imply that you're a 'real man' while expecting a woman to like or automatically approve every way you look equally as if they don't have any agency or preferences of their own. If I were to grow a pink mohawk down to my knees and I had a romantic partner that couldn't handle it they'd have every right to leave me if they so choose. And this is just cutting her hair. It's a choice. What would you do if it wasn't a choice and it was a medical thing? It should be about the person, not their appearance.

But you are right, you can choose to leave. She can find someone else who can accept her choices. No one says you have to like it. But you can accept it, and not leave just because of it. Real relationships go beyond hairstyles.

And this is what separates the boys from the men. It doesn't matter if you are uncomfortable. You can get used to it. It will grow back.

The last season was actually the best it had been in years, with the conclusion of the Whisperers storyline. But to most people the show went downhill once they did the BS with Glenn.

So pretty much no real options in my house. I could keep it in my living room or dining room, but that's gross to me even if it doesn't smell.

And I have other issues with cats as well. I've developed a fear of cat scratches from all the times it's happened to me. And it almost always happens with a cat being playful with me.

I don't hate cats or anything, but I don't think I'd ever be able to live with one.
