I regularly put the strong tanks in front and magic, range in the back. Put Ted and Cleo in the back, put Pahn and Gremio in the front. Ted and Phan are gone at this point. Character weapons have a range designation, S for short, M for medium and L for long. S weapons can only be used in the front row, while M and L weapons can be used in either row.
