They do the same when you renew it via continuing education. There is literally nothing about a Sec+ cert that's not readily accessible aside from PEBKAC errors on your part.

"Real world" experience is irrelevant in terms of a topic regarding difficulty of classes.

So how else would someone have knowledge of the difficulty of classes? It most certainly is relevant and I have experience of years and numerous classes in both multiple high schools and colleges, in various states.

Because proxies are mentioned in the A+ exam (mostly dealing with printer networking though) which I already had taken over a decade ago and it was directly relevant to the post I was attacking which I alleged the poster didn't even know what a proxy was and he had responded that he had experience (still didn't describe what a proxy was) and said I had none. I refuted that with the evidence that seemed most relevant and was most readily available.

I was on Wellbutrin when that happened. I am not on Wellbutrin or any meds anymore. I was on meds when that happened. I have not been on meds and that has not happened again.

Charged, not convicted. Not convicted because I am not guilty. If the age of the charges and lack of a trial, and lack of extradition isn't reason enough to make you at the very least suspicious of any validity of the charges to begin with then you are just being unreasonable.
