The information I posted showed one officer engaged fire and got shot. Three officers fired, two got shot, then officers trying to break down his barricade. So I guess you just dont read stuff I dunno

Since nobody really does research, I did it. About 99.99 percent confirmed. That video just shared is from a Facebook live stream that was time stamped already after the incident. Hence, why there is police yellow tape already. And the enforcement there are US Marshalls who are holding the tape

Its common enough that it happens 2 days out of 3 soooooooooooo. Also, 99% of them could be avoided if police did not have guns while out on patrol

Out of the 1004 average police shootings, over 950 were in the middle of the act of a violent felony with a firearm or deadly weapon . Says more about our society and the mental health issue problem we have. Cops arent just shooting homeowners calling in for a report like the poster said earlier

Seeing as pride grew out of a commemoration of the riots that ensued after the cops raided a gay bar and were exceedingly violent in doing so, no, cops should not be there. At least not as cops. When you come in uniform, as a cop, you represent the institution. If they were to come in their street clothes, as members of the LGBTQ community that's fine. It would be like if Cops came and marched in a parade to commemorate the life of Fred Hamptom or any of the other Black Panthers they murdered.
