basically.
it isn't that a company does anything wrong that earns them some kind of comeuppance, it's just that some people ended up being garbage and they like ruining things for others.

I still think that Hasbro could potentially pull the nuclear option considering the leak has gone this far. Either that or the cast and crew on FiM will quit for Gen 5.

Okay, I'm going into rant mode so be warned.

I wasn't okay with the Russian leaks before and I definitely can't defend them now. There is literally a posted invitation to the Equestria Girls Season 1 and 2 wrap party at Hasbro's offices that is in a couple of days with the posted RSVP email. Now aside from that particular email getting spammed with who knows what, this party will big names in the production of the show and with the address disclosed, any rabid fan (especially with Gen 5 designs dropping) can crash it and cause any amount of havoc. This is absolutely not okay.

I don't know what the objective that these leakers and hackers have but it honestly feels like they're taking all the hard work that the studio is doing and throwing it away.
