After the community and run verification team released a statement and paper showing why the run appeared fake, Dream denied it and hired some guy to write a scientific paper for him to 'debunk' the community's findings. Then later he admitted to cheating all along. Yet he got the streamer of the year award at the Game Awards thus year. That's really fucked up to me. He was willing to gaslight the whole minecraft run community and throw them under the bus while lying to his audience. That's super manipulative behavior and someone like that shouldn't have access to such a huge base of child fans. And whether you look at PayPal, or the Best Buy store, or Amazon, you can only split between up to two cards, so I can't use my debit card to cover the difference.
