Extreme right is a bit ambiguous. I want Conservative Justices that will uphold the Constitution and interpret it as in a textual basis by determining what the words meant at the time of the framing.

One of the scariest rulings in recent history was DC v Heller that was a 5-4 split. Had it gone the way of the liberal Justices it would have effectively killed the Second Amendment.

Thats why I say that Conservative Justices are needed to protect the Constitution. First goes the Second, then what? The First? Lets get rid of the 4th, 5th, 6th, and 14th too since it interferes with witch hunts.

Oh sure, you care soooo much about the second amendment but the moment somebody suggests using guns to kill Nazis or even jokes about punching one, you get all buttmad.
