Not sure if you're kidding, but this could totally work.

They will believe everything he says or tweets. All he needs to do is say that 90% of the wall is done, and there's only a small portion missing.

Every time fact checkers or people with actual eyes point out it's a lie, well, "that's the missing portion (whatever they point out), the rest is done"

and then all trump has to do is call the people who called him out liars and the supporters would do the rest. he never had to prove shit for them to eat it up anyway. this totally could work and I kind of want him to do it so we can go into full absurdity mode
