If you're against the idea of authority but believe in the collective power of the worker, then you should read up on it. Define what you mean by the worker. Because I can assure you that 90% of blue collar working jobs (construction/manufacturing) dont care about political theory enough to gather collectively. This is especially unlikely to happen present day in the US for legislation was just passed weakening labor unions. Workers in the 1800s didnt care enough to rule either, and the worlds workers unsurprisingly didnt unite.
