It's probably more of the same Tokugawa are the protagonists and making the Toyotomi and Ishida that bad guys even though it's the former that usurped power, broke a peace treaty, and burned the last child heir of the Toyotomi to death in order to secure their grip on power. Yet, all that stuff Ieyasu did pales in comparison to Toyotomi ordering the invasion of Korea. So I have no problem with any media depicting Toyotomi as the bad guy. |
