Not sure what would have happened if I just wrote it down without having any footage. Maybe they would have brushed it off. From their perspective, I could have lied about it.so their insurance paid for all of it? you had no contact whatsoever with that person, what happened though, they hit you, did you try to give chase? |

If it weren't for the dashcam, I wouldn't have been able to prove it happened.oh, have heard though , like people write down or say so and so license plate caused the accident and they can do nothing. Maybe on video that changes very drastically. |
