A lot of people have a lot of alts. Especially those who get banned a lot. We're going to bleed them away, but it will take some time.

I see nothing. Or maybe a lot. I thought it was cloudy, but eventually started seeing stars. But if it's enough to take up almost half the northern sky, then it should be wavy, right? So, I think it must be light pollution. There's a town that way, but it's small and almost 10 miles away. I stargaze from time to time, too, so I don't think this is normal light in that direction. But it's not what I'd expect from an aurora, either.

I've never paid for membership (in RS3. Someone else will have to confirm this is an option for classic). You can grind out enough gold for a bond playing casually for a couple weeks, which gets you two weeks of membership. Once you get membership, you can grind the next bond in a couple days and then have the rest to do whatever.

Apparently there was one no more than 10 miles from me night before last. The storm was pretty nasty here, but I had absolutely no idea there were tornado threats until a day later. Never got any warning beyond "strong thunderstorms are possible for the next few hours".

That's not true. Each new universe is actually five feet lower and a couple feet to the right of the previous one.

Every time someone makes this post, I remember this game exists and think about playing again. I know I'm only going to play for three weeks, get bored, and forget about the game for another couple years. But it's insidious; the thought to go back keeps creeping up.

At least this time, I bought the bond before quitting, so I won't have to mine for a week to get back to the slightly less grindy stuff.

I'm a big fan, up until the winds are strong enough to break trees.
