Sometimes Tiktok only does it one time when you first open the app and there are ads once in a while when you going through videos on tiktok but it's skippable. I never seen an ad on tiktok for more than 1 second because I scroll past by it. That's another reason why it's the superior video platform. Of course youtube is good too but everything about it is different enough where both can thrive.

I wish I could work at a 9 to 5 job. Assuming jobs have 30 minute unpaid lunches and 15 minute paid breaks, people would work 1 hour and 45 minutes then break and repeat two more times for lunch and last break. That shit seems easy as hell and the time would go by fast but any other regular job have you work a full 8 hours not including lunch so your day at work would last 8.5 to 9 hours rather than just 8 hours

you're happy to work 5 days instead of 4 but work the same amount of hours and get paid the same?

4 days per week, 10 hours per day if they're a full time employee instead of working 5 days. If they work the employees more than 4 days they'd get over time. This would seriously lessen the mental health problems almost everyone have, less stress, being more happy with the extra day off, etc. Last big change to labor stuff was when they implemented the 40 hour work week instead of 60-80+ hours/week and that was 80 years ago. It's about time to make another huge change to labor law with this 4 day work week.

Some idiot in California want to make employers pay overtime if employees worked more than 32 hours. That will guarantee all employers cut hours, hire more people and screw the people who work more than 32 hours since they can't pay the bills any more or make it more difficult to live.

What are good multiplayer games that are non competitive? So pretty much recommendations that are non PVP shooters but shooters with co op is okay.
