I have seen "Native Americans" in some movies and tv shows but they are either played by Mexicans or they are only 20% or less Native American and the rest they are 80+% white which don't count. It's kinda scary they just disappeared like that even in their own country. Like the Protheans in Mass Effect. |

I will look for apartments managed by people who rent out multiple apartments since they most likely won't scam people but there are people who only have one place to rent out and these are the ones that could most likely screw tenants. |

After finding an apartment I like, what is the process after I contact the landlord? Are there some shady shit landlords can add to a lease contract or is it all standard stuff that is in pretty much every lease contract? How can I prevent fake offers who would probably just take my info like social security number, name, birth date, etc. then they'd say something like sorry we have other offers and decide to take them instead? If we share an apartment with strangers, how can I prevent them from taking my mail? Anything else I should know? |

I know if you aren't in California or New York then buying a house/condo is way easier due to cost of living/cost of homes being so much cheaper so it would make sense to buy but if you're living in one of those two states then you're fucked like I am (California/Bay Area). I am kinda stuck in my situation. Don't make enough to buy a home and making enough to afford rent but put very little in a savings account each month. I am living at home with people I don't care for so I want to leave ASAP but the thing holding me back is paying for an apartment to live in but not getting anything back in return once the lease is over. I could rent a room for $1,000/month which is the best option for me financially but I'll lose some privacy or rent a one bedroom place for around $1,800 to $2,200/month depending on the location but that would take around 60-70% of my take home pay. |

The pictures and description of it made it sound like a whole meal you could have for lunch but it was just a tiny ass snack. I am assuming the other boxes are the same size as well as the bowls so fuck that, I won't be getting them again. |

I would think 100+ million players each buying at least $10-$15 or as high as the $100s would be better than 5 million players buying at full price then after 3 months to 2+ years they'd buy the game at 50% off or more. Everyone would get the chance to play the game and the game would have a long lasting community years after it was originally released which means most likely people will continue of spending money on the game with hopefully stuff worth buying. If it's a mutliplayer game then they'd do very well. If it's a single player game then I think it would still do well but like I said gotta make stuff worth buying in the microtransaction store like good ass flashy skins, expansions would/should probably cost money, etc. This won't make the quality of game lower because if no one buys anything from the game's microtransaction store then it means it sucks which would motivate game developers to make better games |

I'm still trying to understand the game more though but I got a feeling that once I learn everything or most of the stuff, I'll spend 30 hours per week on PoE until Cyberpunk comes out |
