Perhaps early Laurrel K Hamilton as well (first bunch are great).

Might try some of Terry Pratchets books, they are fun comedy/fantasy books. Color of magic I think was the first, although I like some of the later books more).

The Dresden Files are overhyped. Take it from someone who is on the lest book in the series.

The Way of Kings by Brandon Sanderson is MUCH better.

My ideal loadout is AKM and SKS. Red dot on AKM and 4x on SKS. The only problem with it is that they both use 7.62 mm rounds. If I can't get an SKS, since they're rare, I sub it with either a M416 or M16A4. M416 is more favorable, since it is fully automatic. On it I would take a 4x if available.

The UMP, Vector and AKM are my favorites but I'll use whatever I can.

I think SMGs are a little weak, I drop them as soon as another rifle comes up.

It was pretty good, but the deus ex machina avalanche was pretty stupid. I mean the hardcore setup that Apes will take over the Earth, but present a huge army versus a small small. Obviously the small army is going to lose, even if Cesar didn't interfere. But in order to get rid of all the humans, they use a magic avalanche.
