They take what they think they need. Widow's shock batons, hawkeye's special arrows, etc. indeed. we see a lot of avengers related equipment throughout the movies that has to come from "somewhere" and most likely aren't official/government-sanctioned tech. eg. cap's arm magnet for his shield/falcon's improved wings/all of spidey's clothes that aren't his homemade onesie etc. --- |
