Did you guys know, that when Aang is in his super saiyan like avatar state, he's really strong, but also vulnerable? If he's killed then that's it, the avatar reincarnation will be broken and gone forever. Risky!

Oh, and the biggest spoiler of all, Aang's ultra avatar state! It was insane, he became this huge fish monster and utterly wrecked the Fire nation ships!

Oh my god oh my god! Just saw the last 2 episodes of book 1. That damn Zhao brought a whole fleet of nations to attack the water tribe! But they defended their home well.

Then he tried to kill the moon (spirit of the moon represented by a fish as I understand it) but Iroh warned him not to. But then he did it anyway! Iroh was pissed. Also the avatar gang were right there but Iroh didn't care, he just wanted to protect the fish.

Zuko tried to take Aang who was trapped in the spirit world

Oh my god they did it, they finally found the water tribe! The waterbending teacher didn't want to teach Katara at first because she's a girl, guess it's just their culture.

But I don't see how learning healing is so wrong, that seems like an incredibly useful skill

Also, is General Iroh older than the Fire Lord? He must be the older brother right? War and ambition is a young man's game. You'd think he'd talk to his younger brother about certain points

Regarding ages, it's clear Zuko is older than Aang. But... doesn't it seem like Sokka and Katara are older than Aang too? They're certainly taller. Just wondering because Aang seems to have a thing for Katara but she only ever pays attention to the guest of the week like that one earth bender or the handsome Jet. But if she's also older then he's not gonna have a chance any time soon at his age of 12.

And they even explained Zuko's story! It's a complicated feeling. He does bad things, and yet... He's also capable of things like compassion.

I think I blame his dad the Fire Lord, he's the one who's instilling the bad things in Zuko. Maybe it's just me but if he was raised by his Uncle general iroh then he would be a good person.

I'm not sure what to think of Iroh by the way. Smarter (and stronger) than he lets on, but doesn't seem like he has an appetite for war, and I wonder if he's secretly a good person that just wants peace and doesn't want to fight all these people.

Omg so much has happened. So that's how Aang got stuck in the ice. He was running away and a terrible storm caused him an Appa to fall in the ocean. Poor guy. His relationship with his old mentor was so sweet. Everyone he's ever known is gone, with only a couple still alive but in their... hundreds? Like that crazy Bumi chap.

Really makes you feel sorry for him. Such a big responsibility and the dude's only like... er... well under 16, since that's the age the monks usually tell someone they're an avatar.

Ok yeah. This show just went from watchable, to bingeable.

They met jet. For a show of this caliber to actually deal with the morally grey, to show that becoming as bad as the people you're fighting isn't the way, to actually bring up these difficult choices, it's truly amazing. A lot of mature themes, difficult themes.

Oh I'm talking about morning poopers. Occasionally there will be days where I'm an evening pooper (usually after having had lunch) but typically the need to poop arises in the morning

Every morning, the bathroom stalls are completely full, and I just think about how miserable it must be to have to poop at work every day

Other people don't have that luxury to choose. Technically I don't either but I'm just pushing it a bit.

Otherwise yeah I'd much prefer pooping in the comfort of my own bathroom than try to maneuver around the horribly uncomfortable awkward gross bathroom of a public toilet.

most shows are only 20-30 minutes long. So an hour = 3 episodes. a weekend could easily binge 50 episodes.

new episodes come out weekly. so spending 20 minutes a week to stay up to date is not a big deal.

Even if you analyze it that way, you're forgetting about human fatigue, which naturally happens after a while.

Posts ITT are making me think this show is deceptively smart and more amazing than previously thought.

It's an ok, ps2 era game. Some annoying gameplay elements but other fun ones.

I honestly don't know why it has a cult following. There's nothing particularly remarkable about the game and the obvious sequel hook/unfinished nature of the game should have made it intentionally thrown in the bargain bin and forgotten about.

Stretch before watching. I personally stretch thighs, legs and back, so I can sit for long periods of time.
I'm personally binging Dragon Ball, and I finished DB and am at the Babidi Saga of DBZ. It's been about a month or so. I can sometimes do about 26 eps a day though.

Wouldn't it be more productive to stretch before doing exercise or something healthier?

Shame I missed out on it back then. It's obviously for kids and has a lot of silly moments, but then they hit you with a lot of smart and heartfelt moments.

The Aaang and crew seem to just go from village to village, evading and fighting fire benders.
