Example: Boss Rabbit - https://youtu.be/OV8pk0wrmo8?t=1m37s His power sure would've been nice against any opponent that he can get his hands on. Easy one shot material. Touching Cell/Frieza/(maybe not buu) would've saved everyone a lot of trouble. Example #2:Spike the Devil Man (Akkuman) - http://dragonball.wikia.com/wiki/Spike_the_Devil_Man Based on how DBZ villains play out, Akkuman could easily get the first strike on his opponents that were way too cocky and would allow him to use his devilmite beam.
