| Alex1976 03/16/18 10:21:47 PM #20 | As a passenger - I remember 1. Family's 1980 Honda Civic was rear-ended by a woman in a hurry, cops were called. As a driver - 2. First one, I made a left turn (had the green turn arrow), somebody turning right on red going the opposite direction had to swing wide because he was towing a trailer behind his vehicle, hit my car on the passenger side, near the brake light. Almost had to go to court regarding that one because the one who hit me didn't have proof of insurance with him at the time. Second one, I was driving home from work and the pavement was fairly wet. I followed a van too closely and they hit the brakes. I slammed on the brakes, skidded, and rear-ended them. Got a ticket for following too closely and had to rent a car from a local Enterprise for about a week while my car was repaired. --- When ancient man screamed and beat on the ground with sticks, they called it WITCHCRAFT. But it was white out, typhoon, and the lime flavor. White out won and became permanent. I was sad. The lime-flavored one was called Distortion, IIRC. I preferred Typhoon out of that lineup. My English teacher in my senior year was a laugh riot, not to mention he made Macbeth and Hamlet seem a lot more interesting that most other teachers would have. There used to be one at Regency Square Mall, but that mall's dying (makes sense why that Sears went belly-up). K-Mart...used to have 8 locations in my hometown alone, but they're all gone now.
