All I am going to say is that I am deeply concerned about the precedent this will set and how it will influence chud actions from now on.

if you do not like BLM, or abortion activists, or science advocates all you have to do is arm yourself, go to one of their protests or riots or events and put yourself in a position where youre supposedly forced to defend yourself and then its shooting time.

the guy who ran over Heather Heyer could have probably made a self defense case under this new precedent, he could say he was just driving innocently, felt surrounded by violent, heathen liberals and all he could do to save his life was to pretend he was playing wipeout.

Like today he's stressed on the machine with a fucked up router borer and I come and complain about a leaking air hose fitting... on purpose.

But yet I know how to fix some of these things myself and he'll still get upset because it was supposed to be his job to fix it.

what do we mean by engineer ITT?

I thought they meant like, the kind of guy who builds bridges or skyscrapers or designs materials, but this post made me remember the term engineer is very widely used. The building maintenance guy is called building engineer. Even a plumber is an engineer. Now there are so called social media engineers too.

Can anyone actually PROVE Kyle provoked Rosenbaum? I say this because the prosecutor failed to prove this. He did say it in his closing statement like it was a fact, but at no point during the trial, did he manage to successfully prove this point. He tried too, but he wasn't able too.

Has anyone seen the video of the full performance? I just did, and she clearly announced at the start of the song, several minutes before the act, exactly what she was going to do.

So I do get the argument about it being an all ages event, etc etc, but its definitely not like she did it out of nowhere. The band and the whole audience knew it was coming and was cheering her on the whole time. They continued to cheer on throught the end of set even.

So if anyone really didnt want to see her peeing on the dude, they had ample warning to look away or leave.

CE is so thirsty/denied that they will white knight even this.

if a drunk dude announces he is going to piss on the alley behind the bar and he does and gets caught he is getting in trouble, even if there were nobody else around or if a crowd was cheering him.

The only precedence this sets is that you can be attacked on camera, defend yourself, have half the country believing you are a murderer despite the evidence of their own eyes, and have the state drag you through a malicious prosecution over the course of a year. All ending with your life in tatters even if you are acquitted.

the precedent is someone can arm himself to the teeth and go to counter protest an event taking place (it could be a peaceful event, it could be a chaotic rally full of arsonists, it doesnt matter) and put himself in a position where he will be attacked by the mob there so he can shoot them without consequence.
